| Rocky is a 10 year old unregistered Quarter Horse large pony. Shown successfully in local and C-rated hunter shows by junior riders. Nice, easy trot. Terrific qh type canter. Flows down the line and has enough stride to get to the jump easily. Awesome jump. Auto lead changes. Shown up to 2'6" and has jumped at home up to 3' with ease. Easy going personality under saddle. Can do everything from walk/trot lessons in the round pen to win pony hunter classes at the show. |
| Pepper is an 8 year old Quarter Horse/Arabian cross mare. Beautifully made. Floaty trot. Wonderful canter. Never misses a lead change. Big stride, gets down the line with ease. Shown successfully at local and C-rated shows, always in the top ribbons. Tremendous jump. Shown up to 2'9" and jumped up to 3'9" at home. In your pocket personality. Great on trails also. Needs an intermediate or better rider, has been one of my personal horses since we broke her as a 2 1/2 year old so she is used to a strong rider. |
| JR is a loud colored, grey and white roan spotted registered Tennessee Walking Horse. 14 year old gelding. Has shown in TWH shows in flat shod classes with a winning record in Florida as a younger horse. Has been a first rate trail horse at my barn for the last 6+ years. Will cross creeks and logs, go through mud, nothing bothers him. Goes where you point him. Moves off of your leg, rides on a loose rein. Rides great in the ring also, could easily go back to showing. Good size and temperament. Easy to get on and handle. |
| Elmer is a black registered Tennessee Walking Horse. 16 year old. Has been at our barn since he was 21 months old. Always has been a well-mannered, easy to be around horse. Mostly used as a trail horse and has been ridden by everyone from 9 year olds to older adults. Has done field trials, roaded dogs, ridden by scouts and in the gallery. Has done Civil War reenactments and Cowboy Mounted Shooting events. Broke to gunfire and cannon fire. Traffic does not bother him at all. I have also shown him at small shows in flat shod classes. |
| Teddy is a 7 year old liver chestnut Walking Horse. Has a very nice flat walk, running walk, and racks when you get him up faster. Very comfortable gaits. Well broke. Easy to handle. Kids and older adults have all trail ridden him easily. He does crib when you bring him in to eat but we've had him about a year and haven't seen any physical problems associated with the cribbing. Good size and well made. Crosses water and logs. No problems with traffic. |
